What happens when I hit the free limits?

Nothing breaks. You keep everything you have. Pro just lifts the caps and turns on the power features.

Can my customers and subs use it for free?

Yes. People you invite onto a job, and anyone who opens a share link, never pay. Only the business running the jobs has a plan.

Is my info safe if I stop paying?

Your data stays put. If you drop to Free you keep your history, just within the Free limits.
